Dr Gautam Khanna is a great doctor - very knowledgeable and has a great reassuring bedside manner.He explained everything to me really well and I really appreciate it.Have been there before and had the same experience. The reception staff there were lovely too.

I've always had great service here. They have a great crew there from the nurse, to the blood test lady and Belinda at reception. Dr G gives great advice and sorted out an ear issue I had a while ago. Not an easy job but a great service to the community.

Dr Khanna is a wonderful doctor who listens and provides excellent care!

Doctor not willing to test for things your concerned about, doctors comment “I won’t test for that unless you have a existing condition” would not recommend at all 0 stars

A friendly and welcoming practice with some of the loveliest reception staff I've ever met. I've been seen by both doctors and have been very happy with my experience. Even though I've moved away from the area I'll continue to see Dr Kahnum as she's an excellent family doctor.

i thought converting to mixed billing will make the service better. i was wrong

Best Practice staff and Doctor I come across in while.Always get Serve without waiting, Belinda, Dr. Khanna very friendly and Welcoming.Being Diabetic , Clinical open 6 days is great advantage to me .Always Get appointments or can do walk in .Never get disappointed.

Dr. Khana he is very rudely behaviour with me.he doesn’t have atticates how to speak with patient..

Lately I have had a new Dr Chandrakala and I have never experienced such thorough and professional care. I have now referred 2 other female family members to her and they also agree that she is the best doctor they have ever had. So happy with her service as I feel she cares more about our medical health then we do ourselves and it has really made us want to take better care of our health. Have been with Westcare medical for 2 years. Never had any problems with receptionists. I feel they do their jobs to the best they can and am quite surprised at some of the reviews stating they are rude as I have never experienced this type of behaviour. I can say that I do agree with some reviews about feeling like their appointments being pushed through or rushed for time and their concerns were not met or questions not addressed. Have had to wait later than my appointment time on maybe 2 occasions but wasnt a problem as I understand that this can happen. This 5 star is simply because Dr Chandrakala is simply the best and reception have always been nice. Thank you for your service.
